Kevin Gramlich Appointed CEO of ConnectLife
Kevin, an RN and resident of Williamsville, has
been a part of ConnectLife for more than 25 years.
He first served as a Clinical Donation Coordinator
working in local hospitals with donor families and has
worked in several other management roles, including
Senior VP of Clinical Services and COO prior to his
appointment as CEO.

Grand Re-Opening of Southgate
Having three Neighborhood Donation Centers
throughout WNY, we were excited to expand our
Southgate Donation Center. We have 50% more space!
We are at the same location as before, 984 Union Road, West Seneca, NY, but now have created a more
comfortable and open space for donors.
Saving Lives Together
Mercy Flight began to carry type O whole blood
on all flights. The blood, supplied by ConnectLife,
will be used for patients who have suffered severe
blood loss through trauma or illness and require
aggressive fluid resuscitation. An incredible
advancement to save more lives in our community.

Congratulations Team Buffalo!
Five members of Team Buffalo - Transplant Games of America traveled to San Diego
for the Transplant Games of America.
The transplant athletes won over
25 medals in the 2022 games.
The mission of the Transplant Games is to increase awareness of the life-restoring
importance of organ, cornea, bone marrow, and tissue donation through the lives
of the athlete-recipients and the lasting legacy of their donors.
3rd Annual - Give Life Walk &
Bike Ride in Memory of Marcy Dandes
Marcy Dandes was deeply engaged in the WNY community, a dedicated volunteer for ECMC and a passionate advocate of the Donate Life mission through ConnectLife. Friends and family along with supporters of the Donate Life mission gathered in Delaware Park for this event.
The money raised for this event went to a Donor Family Room at ECMC. This room is dedicated to donor families, so they have a comfortable space in the hospital.

7th Annual Danny Gare & Friends Golf Tournament
The Danny Gare & Friends Golf Tournament for
ConnectLife was held on Friday, July 15, 2022. It was
a huge success as our golfers turned out for a fun
day of golf with great weather on a beautiful course.
As one of ConnectLife’s largest events, all proceeds
will go to help us fulfill our mission to educate the
community, inspire donation, and connect lives.
