Story as told by Jason's wife, Angela
Jason was a father to three kids, a dedicated husband, and an overall great man. He enjoyed all things sports. His favorite was football; he always said to BILLieve in the Buffalo Bills! He was an avid baseball card collector and loved aquariums. Jay was always kind, caring, and patient. He was loved by all his family and friends.
I want people to know my late husband was a giver. His love language was giving gifts. He always surprised us on birthdays and at Christmas with the best presents! It is very fitting that he gave his organs and tissues to those who needed them upon his passing.
We talk about him daily in our family. We always mention what he would think about a sports game or news on the TV. Jay really was a simple man who enjoyed life. We are going on WITH him by honoring his memory and how he shaped all of us in our home.
I am beyond content that Jay could provide healthy organs and tissues to others who are suffering in life and are in need. Our entire family is so proud of him. I hope, as his wife, to connect with the any of Jay's organ or tissue recipients in the future and hug them tightly.
